Profile, statistics, and badges
Understand the profile totals, activity charts, streak, and public badge goals.
Tap the person icon in the toolbar to open your profile. The page shows your account identity, decision totals, badge progress, and activity over time.
Profile status light
The person icon appears when you are signed in or using Demo Mode. Its status light reports badge activity.
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | No unseen badge awards. |
| Blue | One or more unseen badge awards. Open the profile and select the new badges to review them. |
Demo Mode uses the same colors for its simulated profile. If you are signed out, use the cloud button to open Connection and sign in.
Account
The account section shows whether you are signed in and the email associated with the account. Tap Sign Out to sign this iPhone out. Signing out does not close the account or cancel the subscription. See Connection status and account access for connection and subscription controls.
Statistics
Choose Timeframe above Stats to update all nine totals and every chart. All includes the event history that is still available.
| Item | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Approvals | Requests you approved manually in the selected period. |
| Denials | Requests you denied manually in the selected period. |
| Auto-Approved | Requests approved by policy in the selected period. |
| Auto-Denied | Requests denied by policy in the selected period. |
| Agents | Distinct agent instances with events in the selected period. |
| Streak | Longest run of consecutive active days within the selected period, using your configured timezone. Multiple events on one day count as one active day. |
| Events | All logged events in the selected period, including activity without an approval decision. |
| Rule Checks | Completed rule-check requests in the selected period. |
| Rule Hits | Completed checks where at least one rule matched. |
Your points total and highest badge tier appear with the badge collection rather than in this grid. Points are a measure of achievement and are not redeemable for anything.
The charts appear in this order: Request Decisions, Activity, Events by Agent, Rule Hit Actions, and Most Triggered Rules. The activity graph plots approved, auto-approved, denied, and auto-denied as four separate series. The events-by-agent breakdown uses each agent's display name, and multiple instances of the same agent and profile are combined into one entry. These charts are calculated from stored events. If your data-retention setting is shorter than the selected timeframe, older activity is no longer available to plot. Badge awards already earned are not removed when event history expires.
Policy Rules activity
The rule totals and charts follow the selected timeframe:
- Rule Checks counts completed rule-check requests. A saved answer still counts when it is used for a new request. Failed checks do not count.
- Rule Hits counts completed checks where at least one rule matched its threshold. A check counts as one hit even when several rules match.
- Rule Hit Actions shows the count and percentage of hits that resulted in Ask, Allow, or Deny. It uses the rule decision, before any later response from you. Default Behavior appears when a rule matched but the action still needed the policy's default behavior, such as an Allow rule that covered only part of the action. Not recorded appears for hits whose outcome is unavailable.
- Most Triggered Rules ranks up to ten rules by how often they matched. A match can block an action, request approval, or allow it, depending on the rule. Each matching rule contributes to its own bar, so the bars can add up to more than Rule Hits. Each bar is split by the rule action recorded at the time: blue for Ask, green for Allow, and red for Deny. Missing action history appears in gray. Changing a rule now does not change its past colors. A bar is a match count, not a count of prevented incidents.
A request counts once even if the rule evaluator needs several attempts to answer it. If an agent retries an action as a new request, that completed check counts again. These totals do not claim to count unique actions.
These are activity counts, not AI credits. Rules resolved without a provider call and checks answered from a saved result can contribute to the totals. See AI credits and your own provider for billing.
Changing plans or disabling a rule does not erase its retained activity. Deleted custom rules appear as Deleted rule when their names are no longer available. All includes only retained history; it is not a permanent lifetime total.
An empty card means there were no completed checks in that period. Rule activity unavailable means the app could not load the counts; pull to refresh. Subscription-ending and expired summaries use the same nine-stat grid, including streak, for the period shown above it: 7 days for a trial and 30 days for a paid subscription. If a refresh fails, saved rule totals show an As of timestamp.
Badge celebrations
Earning a badge shows a celebration with confetti. When several badges are pending at once, they appear as a single paged celebration that counts through them, so you are not interrupted repeatedly.
Policy Rules badges earned while another award is pending or was earned in the last 24 hours appear quietly in your collection. This keeps a rule-setup session from adding several celebrations at once.
To earn badges quietly, turn off Badge Celebrations in Settings. No alerts or confetti appear, and every earned badge remains visible on this profile page. The celebration itself also notes where to turn it off.

The app does not reveal the requirements for secret badges. The public badges use these goals:
